The option applies to all Td777 services for the duration selected. It does not automatically cancel any pending bets or obligations incurred prior to the exclusion period.
Td777 offers the following durations. Selecting a duration imposes restrictions for that period, after which normal access resumes unless an extension or permanent exclusion applies:
Activation occurs when the user completes the Self-Exclusion request in the profile section and confirms the chosen duration. Upon activation, access to all Td777 products is suspended for the duration. The user will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds during the exclusion period. If there are bets in progress at the time of activation, those bets remain valid and will settle in accordance with the applicable rules and results. After a temporary exclusion ends, normal access resumes. Data related to self-exclusion will be retained for as long as necessary to enforce the exclusion and to meet regulatory and licensing obligations. Td777 may disclose information as required by law to verify compliance with self-exclusion or to protect the integrity of the platform.
Players may initiate self-exclusion or request extensions by accessing the Self-Exclusion option in their profile or by contacting Td777 support at [email protected]. The support team will assist with identity verification, extension processing, and clarifications regarding the scope of the exclusion.
